The Challenge

To provide a full service fulfilment solution to support ELC Direct, ELC’s catalogue and web operation, ensuring that quality and customer service excellence was maintained.

Solution

Zendor incorporated the Early Learning Centre’s home shopping business to provide a full service, end-to-end solution.

As part of this solution, Zendor implemented integrated warehousing, pick/pack and despatch, home delivery and returns and a dedicated call centre service. Zendor also worked to maintain ELC’s ethos of ‘going the extra mile’ throughout all aspects of the home shopping operation.

Finally, in order to help ELC grow their home shopping business, Zendor provided marketing services to drive campaigns and increase customer recruitment and retention.
