Zendor GSI Commerce Supports Reiss Launch into Online Retail

Reiss, the aspirational fashion brand, launched online in September 2007 with a transactional website, www.reiss.co.uk, supported by Zendor GSI Commerce’s end-to-end fulfilment services. Manchester-based outsourcing specialist, Zendor GSI Commerce, was awarded the contract encompassing fulfilment and call centre services and will work closely with Reiss to ensure their first foray into multi-channel retailing is a success.

Zendor GSI Commerce has been enlisted to provide warehousing (goods in, storage, pick/pack, despatch), and carriage (delivery and returns) to support the website which sells a capsule collection of garments for both men and women, alongside an accessories range. Dedicated call centre services were also selected by Reiss to ensure customer service excellence with enquiry handling via telephone and e-mail.

Reiss’s retail operations are synchronised with Zendor GSI Commerce to ensure a seamless third party service; the integrated fulfilment system links the core warehouse facility in Chadderton, North Manchester with the website, call centre and stores.

The companies are also working together to capitalise on the multi-channel opportunities available to Reiss with Zendor GSI Commerce providing marketing services including customer analysis and database marketing.
